This project included conceptual and final design of a 33,000 square foot physical testing laboratory including laboratories, offices and computer facilities located on a 18.65 acre parcel in Triadelphia, West Virginia. Particular care was exercised in the planning to achieve an approximate ratio of usable land area outside the proposed building, including future expansion, to the land area under roof of 10 to 1.
The entire building facility was designed in accordance with, and to satisfy the requirements of, the adopted code for Energy Conservation in New Building Construction.
